Services

Six areas of work, one standard: every deadline watched and every account balanced. This is what we do for your business, plainly explained.

Accounting

We handle your bookkeeping end to end: we record every invoice, reconcile the bank and leave the books balanced to the cent. We work on your real day-to-day, not on a shoebox of receipts at year end. So when a tax return, an inspection or a big decision comes along, the numbers are already there.

  • Sales and purchase invoices recorded
  • Regular bank reconciliation
  • Official books kept up to date
  • Annual closing of accounts

Taxes & AEAT returns

We prepare and file all your returns with the Spanish Tax Agency: VAT, withholdings, prepayments, annual summaries and corporate income tax. Every figure comes from balanced books, not from an estimate. And every filing is archived with its receipt, in case you ever need to prove it.

  • Quarterly VAT and annual summary (forms 303 & 390)
  • Employee and professional withholdings (111 & 190)
  • Prepayments and corporate tax (202 & 200)
  • Third-party transactions return (347)

Payroll

We manage your payroll from start to finish: contracts, hires and terminations, social security and every payslip. Everything is booked and reconciled with the withholding returns, so payroll, accounting and the tax office all tell the same story.

  • Contracts, registrations and deregistrations with Social Security
  • Monthly payslip calculation
  • Social security filings on time
  • Withholdings reconciled with forms 111 & 190

Homeowners’ associations

We keep homeowners’ association accounts with the same rigour as a company’s: annual budget, fees, special levies and a clear statement for the general meeting. Owners see where every euro goes, and the administrator has the numbers ready for any meeting.

  • Annual budget and settlement of accounts
  • Tracking of fees and special levies
  • Clear accounts ready for the general meeting
  • Foreign owners served in their own language

Foreigners in Spain

If you run — or want to start — a business in Spain and the language or the paperwork is holding you back, that is exactly our home ground. We walk you through everything, from the NIE and business registration to each quarter’s taxes, in plain English. You understand every step; we fight the bureaucracy.

  • Self-employed registration and company formation
  • Your Spanish tax obligations explained in plain English
  • Service in English and five other languages
  • Representation before the Spanish authorities

Annual accounts & Companies Registry

We close your company’s financial year and file it where it belongs: annual accounts, legalisation of books and deposit at the Companies Registry. The closing reconciles with the corporate tax return and with next year’s opening balances — no figures dancing between documents.

  • Year-end closing and corporate income tax
  • Preparation of annual accounts and notes
  • Deposit of accounts at the Companies Registry
  • Legalisation of official books
